The majority of high end audio components requiring service are no longer covered under the manufacturer's original warranty. By offering repair for high end equipment, we use the same approach toward non-warranty repairs, applying the same high level of quality workmanship and replacement parts. We are experienced with and capable of performing complex high end repairs, even when the manufacturer is no longer in business or if no manufacturer support is available. Regular maintenance is another quality essential to all hi-end products. Proper maintenance should not be viewed as a design flaw or defect. To maintain optimal performance hi-end equipment requires fine-tuning and cleanings. With usage and aging of electronic or mechanical products, it is inevitable that repairs and servicing will also become necessary. Electronic parts can degrade and vary from design tolerances as they age.
